Cousins. Neighbors. Practically sisters. Ginny and Emily are the daughters of sisters (the Mamas in this story). Mamas who raised their daughters to love Jesus and make a pie crust from scratch. Lessons took place in the kitchen. Now the two cousins are wives and mamas to their own little families. Planning to one day teach their own little ones. In the meantime, the girls joy in passing the lessons on to you!
Hello friends! So nice to meet you. I am not a chef nor a baker. But, I know how to put dinner on come 6 o’clock.:) I am always up for a road trip with my husband. I love trying new things – new ideas and new products. I have watched Gilmore Girls too many times to count. I try to eat healthy but can never turn down dessert. I have fond memories of dancing to Frank Sinatra in our grandmother’s kitchen. That lady knew how to cook a mean meal. I think that’s where our mothers (and now we) learned so much about keeping home. Follow me on Pinterest here.
Hello world! I love NC pottery mugs. I’m terrible at reading directions. I make up new recipes almost every night and tell my husband “I make no promises”. He laughs every time and tries it anyway. I stink at dusting my house. I pretend I’m Anne of Green Gables. I try not to say yes to too many projects. My Mama taught me that “we can probably do it ourself” and “If you can read, you can cook.” Mainly, I love Jesus and my family. Follow me on Pinterest here.
